Packaging Details for Coffee Beans:
Standard Packaging (Bulk):
Bags: Jute or burlap sacks lined with a plastic interior to protect against moisture and preserve the beans\' freshness.
Weight per Bag: 60 kg (standard) or customizable from 25 to 60 kg depending on buyer requirements.
Labeling: Each bag will have a label with details like product name (Arabica/Robusta), grade, weight, batch number, origin (Karnataka, Kerala, Tamil Nadu), and any buyer-specific information.
Smaller Quantities (Specialty Coffee Buyers):
Bags: High-barrier, multi-layer vacuum-sealed bags with an optional one-way degassing valve to release gases while keeping the beans fresh.
Weight per Bag: 250g, 500g, 1kg, or 5kg (for smaller retail buyers).
Labeling: Customizable branding and labeling available, including origin, variety, roast date, flavor notes, and grade.
Export-Grade Packaging (Bulk Orders):
Jute Bags (60 kg): Used for large orders, lined with polyethylene to ensure moisture resistance and freshness.
Big Bags: For very large quantities, 1-ton capacity flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBCs) are available.
